Estate, Due Diligence Review of Appraisal Reports, and Valuation

The transaction management activities of CSAS are primarily
conducted through its main office, in Sea Girt, NJ. CSAS contracts
with appraisers who are local to the property, and familiar
with the economics of that market, as it relates to the property
in question. CSAS has developed a business plan, which integrates
B2B technology and human resources, allowing it to capitalize
on the fast changing world of e-commerce, without sacrificing
the personal hands on service, it’s clients are accustomed
too. The corporate culture of CSAS requires total commitment
to its core philosophy of streamlining the appraisal services

Located in Central New Jersey, since its formation in 1995,
the Company engages in a variety of valuation functions related
to Mortgage lending and Asset recovery. Employee and contractor

a significant provider of valuation services, to mortgage
lenders, both retail and wholesale, and asset management

In June of 1995, Daniel McDonald, President and CEO of Central
State Appraisal Services, LLC , had a vision of developing
an appraisal management company, so superior to the competition’s,
that CSAS was born. Over the past 5 years CSAS has shown
tremendous growth, and expanded its area of service throughout
the country. In the year 2000 CSAS launched its new B2B web
site, allowing lenders to order services on-line, check status,
and download or receive appraisals on there computer, 24
hours a day 7 days a week. The streamline service that this
affords, gives CSAS the time to do what customers like most,
hands on personal service, which is really the core of our
business philosophy. |
