The New Jersey Mortgage Bankers Association has named Daniel McDonald, a Co-Chairman of the committee on e-commerce

January 17, 2001 - The New Jersey Mortgage Bankers Association has named Daniel McDonald, a Co-Chairman of the committee on e-commerce. The committee was formed to explore the benefits of internet services and strategies as they relate to the Mortgage Banking industry. The e-commerce committee is in its second year, and Mr. McDonald has served as co-chairman both years.

Mr. McDonald is also and active member of the New Jersey Mortgage Bankers Association's Education Committee and Income Property Investment Committee. Mr. McDonald has been a Real Estate Appraiser for 18 years, and has a General Certification License in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. He is also a member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, and holds an IFA designation from the organization. Mr. McDonald is the President and CEO of Central State Appraisal Services, LLC, a nation wide provider of residential and commercial valuation services, and Appraisal Engine.com, a database management and service procurement company that serves the mortgage lending community.
